Catherine Campbell
Founder & Head Trainer
Catherine Campbell is a lifelong horsewoman whose career has been shaped by both discipline and deep devotion to the ever evolving growth as a care taker and steward for horses.
With more than 25 years of experience in riding, training, and instruction, Catherine has worked with riders of all ages and levels; form first lessons to top level riders in many disciplines. Her foundation is rooted in classical principles, correct equitation, and always prioritizing harmony and clarity in the partnership between horse and rider.
She is a graduate of the Western Dressage Association of America's Train-the-Trainers Program and has served as a USEF WD apprentice judge while continuing education yearly. She has trained with respected trainers, riders and judges from across the world and has successfully competed at the world show level in Western Dressage.
Beyond credentials, Catherine is known for her thoughtful eye, steady leadership and ability to meet each horse and rider where they are. Her programs are steeped in foundational riding grounded in ethical horsemanship and guided with patience, heart and respect.
At Austin Saddle Club, she brings both professional depth and personal commitment, leading a program designed to serve the evolving and diverse Austin horse community with integrity and vision.

Lara has been with ASC/CCSC since it's beginning! Lara works with beginner western and English riders, mounted archers and ground archery classes.
